- Biography:
- Izumi Okutain performs Policy Liason in JPNIC. She is in charge of outreach and training activities for Policy Development in Japan as well as involved in co-ordination between JP and AP communities since 2000. She has served as NIR SIG Chair since 2005.

- Biography:
- Dr. Ching-Heng Ku currently is the Director of IP Department of Taiwan Network Information Center. He has worked and researched in networking for several years. He has ever participated in the architecture plan and operation of Taiwan Research Network, the deployment of the roaming environment of the Wireless LAN between all universities in Taiwan, the VoIP and ENUM testing, the IPv6 Development and Deployment Program, and holding the APNIC meeting. He also takes in charge of the Secretariat of Asia Pacific IPv6 Task Force for two years, and holding the Asia Pacific IPv6 summit and Asia Pacific IPv6 Task Force meeting.

- Billy Cheon is a Manager of KRNIC IP team. He served as APNIC EC from 2005 to 2007. He has good knowledge on NIR political and operational issues with 10 years experience in IP community of AP region.
