APNIC non-member account application


Before you start

You must complete this form before you can apply for resources as a non-member. Before you begin the application, please read:

You will receive a confirmation email when you submit this form. When your application is approved, APNIC will assign you a non-member account name, which you will need for any resource applications.

There are no fees for obtaining an APNIC non-member account. However, you will be invoiced for fees depending on the number and type of Internet resources you request. Approval of your application for a non-member account does not guarantee that you will receive Internet resources. You will still need to complete a fully documented request for the resources you want.

Non-member account holders are also required to sign and return the APNIC Non-member Service Agreement before they are able to receive any resources. This agreement will be sent to you after your application for a non-member account is processed.

Saving your work

You can save your work on this form at any time by clicking on the "Save" button at the bottom of the page you are working on. All the details you have entered will be securely saved on APNIC's server. You will be asked to create a password that is to be used for returning to your saved work. When you save your work, you will be emailed a URL which will allow you to access the information you have saved and continue to complete the request. Please note, your details will be held on the APNIC server for a maximum of 14 days.
