Guide to the APNIC Maintainer and Person Object Request Form (text version)

Before you start

The APNIC Maintainer and Person Request Form will lead you through the steps required to obtain a new person object protected by a new maintainer object

Note:

If you have an existing maintainer object and wish to create a new person object, go to the online person request form.
If you have an existing person object and wish to create a new maintainer object, go to the online maintainer request form.

How to complete the APNIC Maintainer and Person Object Request Form (text version)

The text form is intended to be completed in text and submitted by email to APNIC. Please note that it may be parsed by machine before it is forwarded to the APNIC hostmasters. Therefore, you must ensure that:

your account name is included in the subject line. For example,

GLOBALTRANSIT-JP
```
your email is sent in plain ASCII text only
you do not modify any of the template lines starting with #[
you do not modify any of the field names in the templates.
