Synopsis This is a proposal to include all historical address allocations when assessing a network's eligibility for more IPv4 addresses.
Current status Version 3 reached consensus at APNIC 26 Policy SIG in Christchurch, New Zealand. Version 4 contains a clarified description of the proposal's intent in sections 1 and 4 following discussion at the APNIC 26 Policy SIG. The proposal itself remains unchanged. Now in its eight-week final call for comments.
